Our Analytics Suite has been completely rebuilt from the ground up! 🌻 Along with our Realync reporting, you will be able to dig deeper into Realync-related data that will help you and your team make the best decisions.
*Corporate users (or managers that oversee more than 1 property) Analytics will default to aggregate metrics below for their portfolio with the ability to select specific properties, which would then update the data display to reflect that selected subset. In addition, your Reporting tab will be located in your Properties tab.
Listed below explain the key metrics on the Analytics Suite:
Time horizon toggles - last 30 days, last 3 months, last 12 months, YTD, All time. 📆
Default time for all widgets and Leaderboard will be last 12 months. If you then update the filter to last 3 months - widgets would then update appropriately. ⏲️
