Configuring the Vendor Options for Grace Hill Menu Path:
Basic iData Menu > Interfaces > Configuration > Review Interface Vendors > Interface Configuration
Confirm Grace Hill appears in Voyager under the ILS & Guest Card Interface configuration. If the vendor is not present, contact Yardi Technical Support to load the vendor package.
Configure the ILS & Guest Card Entity "Grace Hill GC" as follows:
Configure the Property List - Menu Path to configure properties:
Interfaces > Configuration > Bulk Property Configuration
Enter the Property List Name
The property list must be set up separately and should contain all properties using the Realync Platform. Configure the list via menu path: Setup > Property > Add Property List
Select ILS & Guest Card from the drop down
Select Configure
Select "Grace Hill GC"
Save property list configuration.
Configure the Interface User
Menu Path: System Administration > Security > Add User
Create a Realync interface user and link to a security group for the ILS & Guest Card Interface. The security group should have Read/Write access to the ILS & Guest Card Interface.
Enter the Property List Code in the property field to allow the interface user access to properties configured for Grace Hill.
Click on the Privileges tab and select Interface User. This will give users access through the web services, but not the Voyager front end.
Save interface user configuration.

Once all of your hard work is done, we will do the rest! 💪
We will start configuring the integration using the credentials you provided and will either confirm a successful integration or coordinate with you to work through any errors.
If the configuration is successful, please allow 30 minutes for the initial data sync to complete. If you don’t see any Yardi prospects in your Realync account after that time, please reach out to us!
When we are all set, we’ll email you to notify you that we’re ready to go and will plan to send a communication/training video to your onsite teams within 1 business day.
Once a Yardi prospect is synced with Realync, any Realync-related activities will be logged to the Yardi Guest Card in real time. Realync will sync with your Yardi database every hour to pull over new prospects.
