Learn how to set-up Realync with Knock!

*Please note that to ensure the best experience, we recommend integrating with Yardi or Entrata as well, if you use one of these platforms as your PMS. Set-up 🛠️:

1) Contact Knock support through their client support portal, and request that they enable the Realync API Integration for the specific properties you would like to integrate. Please tell Knock the exact properties that the integration should be enabled for to avoid delays.

2) Once enabled on Knock’s end, Knock will send you an email confirmation. Please send this information to integrations@realync.com.

Once all of your hard work is done, we will do the rest! 💪

We will start configuring the integration using the information you provided and will either confirm a successful integration or coordinate with you to work through any errors. We will also help you communicate to your teams how the new workflow will work.

If the configuration is successful, Knock prospect info will be automatically pushed into Realync as prospect records are added or updated. Retroactive information is not being pushed through the integration by Knock at this time. If you don’t see any prospects in your Realync account after 24 hours, please reach out to us!

Once a Knock prospect is synced with Realync, any Realync-related activities will be logged to Yardi/Entrata Guest Cards in real time if you also have these integrations enabled.
