You’ll need to choose whether you would like tours to be scheduled as Live Tours or Live Sessions. To understand the difference between these options, please read this article.

First you will need to set-up Realync:

1) Go to the Live Tours or Live Sessions tab in your Realync dashboard.

2) Click “Copy Quickstart Link”.

Next, you will need to set-up Knock Tour Scheduler:

1) Ensure that your tour scheduler is configured to offer Live Video Tour as an option.

2) Follow the instructions in this Knock Support article to paste the Realync link into Knock’s settings.

3) In the Live Video Tour Instructions, add the following text:
