Realync's Entrata Video Embed Integration makes it simple to add your Realync Content to your Entrata website and other services powered by Entrata. Your video content can be added in Entrata to floor plans and units to display on the corresponding section of your Entrata powered-website.
The property must have BOTH Entrata CRM and an Entrata-powered website. Other services and platforms may support video content sourced from Entrata. Please check with your providers to see if they are able to utilize video content from Entrata.

1) Navigate to the video dashboard of the property and select the video that you would like to add as a floor plan or unit-level video.
2) Click the three dots in the top right of the video and select "Create Share Link".
3) Next, select "Integrations".
4) Select "Entrata Video Embed" from the drop-down. Then all you need to do is create and copy the link!

1) Select the property in Entrata.
2) Select Floor Plans and Units.
3) Select the Floor Plan you have created a link for.
4) In the floorplan profile under the "General" tab go to the section "Floor Plan Media" and click "Add".
5) Change the "Media Type" to "Video".
6) Enter a Video Title.
7) Enter "Media Alternate Text".
8) Paste your copied URL in the "Video URL" box.
9) Click "Save".

1) Select the property in Entrata.
2) Select Floor Plans and Units.
3) Select Units.
4) Select the Unit you have created a link for.
5) In the unit profile under the "General" tab go to the section "Unit Videos".
6) Click "Add Video" and select "Realync" from the "Video Service" dropdown.
7) Paste your copied URL in the "Video URL" box.
8) Click "Save".
