Realync's RentCafe Video Embed Integration makes it simple to add your Realync Content to your RentCafe website and other services powered by RentCafe. Your video content can be added in RentCafe to floorplans and units to display on the floorplan and availability pages of your RentCafe powered-website.
The property must have BOTH RentCafe and a RentCafe-powered website. Other services and platforms may support video content sourced from RentCafe. Please check with your providers to see if they are able to utilize video content from RentCafe.

Navigate to the video dashboard of the property and select the video that you would like to add as a floor plan or unit-level video.
Click the three dots in the top right of the video and select "Create Share Link".
Select "Integrations".
Select "RentCafe Video Embed" from the drop-down. Then all you need to do is create and copy the Embed Code!

Under "Content & Settings" in RentCafe, select "Floor Plans".
Click the Edit Pencicl button for the Floorplan you want to add a video to.
Click "Floor Plan Video".
Paste the Rentcafe Video Embed Code into the Video Embed Code Box.
Check "Publish Video".
Save.

On the Edit Floor Plan Page, select "Apartments".
Find the Unit you would like to add a video to and click the "Add" button in the Unit Video column.
By default, RentCafe only displays available units on this page. To display and add content to unavailable units, click on the dropdown above the apartment list and select show all.
Paste the Rentcafe Video Embed Code into the Video Embed Code Box.
Click "Save & Preview".
Publish.
