If you have the Review Feature enabled for your property, a video will need to be reviewed before it can be shared using the Manual Sightmap Integration. To learn more about the Review Processes in Realync, please review this article.
Once all videos have been reviewed, you may proceed to the next step.

How to Use the SightMap Integration with a Spreadsheet
How to Use the SightMap Integration with a Spreadsheet
1) Contact integrations@realync.com to request that this integration be turned on for your account.
2) Once activated, go to your Videos tab and find the video you want to share within your SightMap.
3) Select Share. Then select Share with Integrations.
4) Select Share via Engrain SightMap. Then a unique link specifically for your SightMap will be created for you to copy.
5) Download this template or open a spreadsheet (i.e. Google Sheets or Excel).
6) Add the column headers Property Name, Address, Floor Plan, Unit Number, and Video URL.
7) Paste the Realync video link you copied in the Video URL column and fill out the rest of the columns.
8) If you would like Engrain to add a link to all units of a certain floorplan, please add a note indicating this.
9) Send this spreadsheet to support@engrain.com and they will get this added to your SightMap in no time!
What about TouchTour?
Realync content that is integrated with SightMap can be added to TouchTour, as well. Contact support@engrain.com to request that your TouchTour be configured to automatically pull videos from SightMap.
