Video Quality Score
Video Quality Score is designed to provide an intuitive assessment of your video content. This feature will now be available by default for all Core properties, offering an easy way to gauge the quality of your videos at a glance.
Visual Indicators: The Video Quality Score will display as a red, yellow, or green star on the Video Card and List View, making it simple to identify the quality level.
Quality Threshold Setting: Each property can choose its threshold for what qualifies as a Green, Yellow, or Red video. Threshold options are Good, Better, and Best, with the default setting at Best. This setting can be changed at any time, the re-scoring process will begin immediately after a threshold is changed, though it may take a few minutes to fully update.
Auto-Review Workflows: You can now automate review workflows based on video scores. Options include automating reviews for Green videos only, or both Green and Yellow videos. Rest assured, there will be no automatic rejections based on a video’s score.
Initial Video Scoring: Upon release, the top 10 most-viewed videos updated or published after January 1, 2024, will automatically receive a quality score. You can also generate initial scores for other videos without republishing them first.
A completely redesigned dashboard
We're thrilled to unveil our latest user experience enhancement, featuring a brand-new Dashboard that tailors your experience based on your package, permissions, and available features.
Custom Dashboard: When you log in, you'll be greeted by a personalized Dashboard that includes widgets like Live Events Calendar, Videos Needing Review, and Analytics charts.
Please note that this new Dashboard experience is currently available only on Desktop.
Additional Enhancements
We’ve also rolled out several smaller updates to further refine your experience:
Clearer Video Copy Identification: When a video is copied, the title of the duplicate will now include “Copy” to help you distinguish it from the original.
When a prospect is viewing the photo gallery, they will automatically be taken to the next segment vs taken back to the beginning of the next segment. This will eliminate the need to manually choose which segment photos to view, giving them a smoother experience.
