Your team can integrate with your Active Directory to automatically add People to your Receptful account. We integrate with multiple providers, and our setup wizard will walk you through the steps to get it up and running.
Getting Started
Add someone who has access to set up this integration as a Person with Admin permissions to Receptful (under your People page).
The IdP Administrator navigates to the Integrations page in your Receptful account and selects the "Setup" button under Directory Sync:
Enter the domains to be used for people in your AD.
Your account's domain is everything after the @ symbol in your company emails (i.e., support@tryreceptful.com uses the domain tryreceptful.com).There will now be a menu to select your team's AD provider. We integrate with many providers, such as Okta, Entra ID, Google SAML, ADP, Auth0, and more.
Follow the setup steps specific to your account's IdP. Once you've done so, an IdP administrator will sign into the relevant IdP with their credentials.
Once they've finished setup, the Integrations page will now show Directory Sync as "enabled".
To check that this was successful, head to the People page in your account to see who has been synced.
People who have permissions access to the Integrations page of Receptful can add or remove email domains via the Edit button anytime.
