When Rechargly detects a new charge, it tries to automatically match it to a customer in Xero based on the organisation and plan names. The result is shown in the Match column using one of four statuses.
Match column statuses:
Exact – The organisation and plan match a Xero customer name exactly.
Strong – A close match, with only minor differences (e.g. organisation ends with Ltd but the customer has Limited).
Similar – A partial match found. You should review it to confirm it’s correct.
Not Found – No customer in Xero matched.
