Rechargly matches the charges from an invoice to existing customers in your firm’s Xero account. If the customer does not already exist in Xero, you’ll need to create them manually and then refresh the integration in Rechargly to complete the setup.
Steps to follow:
Wait for a new invoice to come through from your vendor.
Rechargly checks for a matching organisation and plan.
If this is a new combination, Rechargly tries to map it to a customer in your firm’s Xero account.
If the customer does not exist in Xero:
Go to Xero and create the customer manually.
Once created, return to Rechargly and go to Settings > Integrations.
Under Status, click Active and then Resync now
Wait 2-3 minutes, and check the last synced time.
5. The customer will appear and you will be able to map the charge to a customer
