Reactivating a Cancelled Agreement
To reactivate your cancelled agreement, follow these steps:
Go to the Billing page in Rechargly.
Find your customer in the list.
Click the three dots (β¦) next to their name.
Select "Enable Customer" from the dropdown.
Optional check: Before reactivating, you may want to review the Charges page for any new charges that built up during cancellation and exclude anything you don't want on the next invoice.
Once enabled, you can send the agreement right away or schedule it for later. The customer will return to active billing status.
