Reactivating a Cancelled Agreement

Steps to reactivate a cancelled agreement in Rechargly.

To reactivate your cancelled agreement, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Billing page in Rechargly.

  2. Find your customer in the list.

  3. Click the three dots (…) next to their name.

  4. Select "Enable Customer" from the dropdown.

Optional check: Before reactivating, you may want to review the Charges page for any new charges that built up during cancellation and exclude anything you do not want on the next invoice.

Once enabled, you can send the agreement right away or schedule it for later. The customer will return to active billing status.

If the linked job was deleted

Re-enabling a customer does not recreate a deleted job in your practice manager. If the job linked to the original agreement was deleted:

  • The client may not appear on the Mapping or Billing pages until at least one charge is re-included for them. Check the Charges page and re-include a charge if needed.

  • The agreement must be linked to an active XPM job before costs can sync. Recreate the job in XPM, or raise a ticket with support and we can help relink the client to a new job.
