How to update your payment method in Rechargly directly through your agreement page.

If you need to update your billing information or payment method, you can do this directly from your agreement page.

Steps to update your payment method

  1. Find your agreement page in your email
    Search your email inbox for the word "Rechargly." Locate the email that contains your agreement link. This is a public page you can access directly from the email.

  2. Update your payment method
    Open the agreement page and click Update Payment Method. You'll be redirected to Stripe, where you can securely update your card details or select a new payment method.

Once updated, future payments will be charged to your new card or account.

How to update the payment method your firm uses to pay Rechargly

If your firm needs to update the card or bank account used to pay your own Rechargly subscription invoice, you can do so from the Stripe billing portal.

  1. Enter the email address linked to your Stripe account. This will be the email that receives the invoices each month.

  2. You'll receive a verification email with a link to access your billing dashboard.

  3. Once logged in, you can:

    • View all your past Rechargly invoices

    • See which payment method was used for each invoice

    • Update your payment method for future charges
