By default, Stripe sends an email to your client before an automatic debit is processed. This email usually doesn’t contain useful details and can sometimes cause confusion. Since we can’t change the content of this notification, the simplest solution is to disable it.
Follow these steps to switch it off:
Log in to your Stripe Dashboard.
Find Debit and toggle the setting off.
Once this is done, Stripe will no longer send debit initiation emails to your customers.
