We do not currently support bulk retraction of agreements. If you need to stop agreements that have been sent in error, follow the steps below or contact support for help with large volumes.
When you can retract an agreement
Use Retract Agreement for agreements with a Sent status. Retracting removes the agreement before the client accepts it.
How to retract a single agreement
Open the Agreements page
Find the agreement with status Sent.
Click the three dots next to the agreement and choose Retract Agreement.
If agreements are already accepted
Use Cancel Agreement for agreements that have been accepted by the client. This also must be done one at a time.
Need to retract many agreements?
We know this can be time consuming. If you need to retract a large number of agreements, please contact support and provide a list of affected client names or agreement IDs so we can help or escalate.
