Rechargly bills your firm each month and sends the invoice to your billing email. That billing email is managed in the Stripe billing portal, not in the Rechargly app. This is different from updating your clients' contact details, which is covered in the article How To Update Contact Information In Rechargly.
Where your billing email is set
The email that receives your monthly Rechargly invoices is your firm's billing contact in Stripe.
How to update it
Open your Stripe billing portal.
Update the billing email to the address that should receive your invoices.
Save the change.
Your next monthly invoice will go to the updated email.
If you cannot access the billing portal
If you cannot find or access the billing portal, contact support with the new billing email and we will update it for you.
