The Trusted Screening integration with Daxko Core, your organization can have peace of mind to confidently say that all members 18 years or older – active and inactive – have been screened against the registered sex offender (RSO) database through our partnership with Raptor Technologies.

All active and inactive members ages 18 or older will be scanned as part of the monthly process. This process will happen continuously in the background, adding potential matches to the Trusted Screening Report for review as soon as they are identified.

In addition to the ongoing monthly batch scans, the system will also perform automated scans for all new joins, in-house and online, ensuring that any new members are immediately scanned and flagged for review if necessary.

The system automatically runs scans for all members on a new unit. Staff will be allowed to complete in-house joins regardless of whether an individual is a potential match.

However, if a new member does match an offender on the registry, staff will see a new screen indicating that one or more people on the membership require review.

New in-house memberships allow the new membership process to complete, while a scan is initiated for all members on the new unit. Online joiners who are a potential match with an offender on the registry will not see any indication of this on their side. Online access will not be denied, but they will be flagged as a potential match that requires attention. Staff will be notified about the new addition in the Trusted Screening Report so they can promptly resolve it.
