To review a potential match that needs attention on the Trusted Screening Report, staff can select the orange arrow icon under the Review column. Users will be presented with the Compare People modal to help determine the appropriate status.
In the above example, there are two records in the registry that the member is a potential match for. If the member is a match for one of the possible offenders displayed, the Trusted Screening status of the member should be set to 'Match Identified.' Anyone with the 'Match Identified' status will be denied facility access and moved to the Match Identified report. If further member information is required to determine a match, the best practice is to leave the status as 'Possible Match' until the additional information is collected. Once all information is obtained and reviewed, you can change the member’s status to 'Cleared.'
Note: Only staff with the Manage Trusted Screening permission will be able to change match status.
Matches can also be reviewed via individual member pages.
Possible Match: A low priority alert will be added to the Member Profile indicating that the member has possible matches that must be reviewed along with a link to the Trusted Screening Portal for review.
Match Identified: A high priority alert will be added to the Member Profile indicating that the member has been identified as a match along with a link to the Portal for review. Additionally, the Deny Access flag will be enabled on the Member’s Profile and the 'Stop! No Access/Missing Info' banner will display above their photo on the Check-in screen.
Note: Only staff with the View Trusted Screening permission will see these alerts.
