To view the Trusted Screening reports, select the Reports > Get a Report option from the Main Menu in Core. Next, you will find four Trusted Screening reports listed under the Membership heading:
Additionally, you can subscribe to any of the reports so that you receive an updated report daily/weekly/monthly.
When your organization first begins using the Trusted Screening Service, an initial batch scan of all active members 18 and older will take place. This means that the first time you access the Trusted Screening Reports, it is likely you will have a batch of potential matches to review. View these within the Trusted Screening – Needs Attention/Possible Matches report and filter by branch if necessary.
Those not already scanned via batch scan will remain on the Members Without Data report until they are process. All Confirmed Matches will show on the Match Identified report. Persons screened through the Quick Scan Widget or Bulk Scan upload will also appear on the Scan Logs report for additional tracking.
All reports includes sortable headers that allow you to view and filter results based on the following information: Unit ID, Member ID, First Name, Last Name, Membership Type, Member Status, Home Branch, Last Fetched, Last Reviewed, # of Matches, and Trusted Screening Status.
Trusted Screening Status:
· Possible Matches: the status for anyone with a potential match in the registry; all potential matches will be denied facility access until resolved
· Cleared: the status given only after a staff person with the Manage Trusted Screening permission has determined the member was not a match
· Match Identified: the status given only after a staff person with Manage Trusted Screening permission has confirmed that a member was match
· No Matches: no matches for the member
Next, we will go over reviewing/managing potential matches.
