The uses of Spaces within your branch can be especially useful for both Group Exercise Classes and Childcare. Members or participants can be checked in to spaces, similar to a branch check-in, where staff can monitor the capacity and usage of spaces or locations within their facility. For the purpose of this knowledge article, a space will be created for wellness class use.
First, a staff member with the 'Manage Spaces' permission must select 'Spaces' on the 'Branches' tab of the navigation menu.
On the Spaces page, staff will select '+ Add' to open UI to add a new space.
Users should select the branch the space is located, create a name, make the space active, and provide a description of the space if desired.
Users have additional control options for allowing space check-ins, max capacity, minimum and maximum ages, and whether to allow non-members to be checked into the space. For Group Ex, the 'Yes' option on 'Show On Classes' should be selected.
Once all of the selections have been complete, select 'Save' to add the new space.
