With Nationwide Membership, members can visit participating YMCA locations across the United States and Puerto Rico at no additional cost. Whether someone is traveling, relocating, or exploring a new community, their membership goes with themāopening doors, creating continuity, and reinforcing a shared sense of belonging across the Movement.
YMCAs looking to set up NWM access through Core will need to start on the Y-USA Link page (link.ymca.net). If NWM access has never been set up before, the Nationwide Membership Agreement will need to be signed first. This can be found on the Nationwide Membership page in the Nationwide Membership Guide.
A Technical Support request ticket must be submitted with the following information:
Y-USA/Association number
Signed Nationwide Membership Agreement
Request either first time access or transition from another software (ex. Operations)
A membership mapping file will be provided by our team when requested by Y-USA. They will reach out to Core to complete the integration/upload to NWM set up. YMCAs also have the option to only include reciprocity eligible memberships during the upload.
