Fixed an issue where registration questions containing an apostrophe could be cut off when changing filters on the Program Registration Questions report.

Resolved an issue where extra spacing in termination reasons could cause the same reason to appear as separate rows on the Termination Reasons report.

Updated the Members with Unsigned Waivers report with a new option to require the most recent version of a waiver.

When selected, the report will include members who previously signed a required waiver but do not have the most recent version on file. The Signed Waiver column has also been updated to exclude waivers that are not required for the member's membership type, providing a clearer view of outstanding waiver requirements.

Updated the new unit sign-up workflow so branches without an active membership type are no longer displayed as available options.

Updated the Membership Draft Date setting for Today so the day of sign-up is the only available draft date for both staff-facing and member-facing membership joins and reactivations.

Improved logging for discount removals to consistently capture the user and activity details associated with each removal.

These updates make it easier to connect individual discount removals to their corresponding activity logs when reviewing reports and provide more consistent tracking for future discount changes.

Added the ability to include the most recent member update log on RSO reports through the Report Customizer, making it easier to identify when new information was last added or updated for an RSO entry.
