Attach an email to a unit and send password link
Make sure that the Contact Information section in the Core member profile has a valid email address, and confirm with the member that it is the address they wish to use for online access.
If you are helping the member over the phone, we recommend verifying their identity using the last 4 digits of the payment method on file before giving them online access.
After the verification steps listed above have been completed, you may grant a member access as an online user by clicking `(Assign Web User)` inside the Unit Info panel in the top-left of the unit profile. This will display a dialog box listing all members on the unit with valid email addresses which have not already been assigned to an online user account.
Select the member for online access, read and accept the confirmation checkboxes, and click Save to create the online user.
Multiple online users can be assigned to the same unit by clicking the (Assign Web User)
button again and selecting another user with a valid email address from the dialog. This is useful for units with multiple members that would like to access the unit account without sharing email address / password information.
Attach a user that was created with a password to an existing unit
This is most common if a member created a web user and then realized they already had a membership.
Make sure that the email address listed in the Contact Information section of the Core member profile is correct, and confirm with the member that it is the address they wish to use for online access.
Reclique Core will detect a Possible Online User if the member email address matches a web user in the system.
You can click on the Possible Online User address under the Unit Info panel to link the user to the unit. If the link does not show up check that the spelling of the member's email address in the Contact Information section is correct.
Remove access to a unit from a web user
You can select to remove a web user by clicking Unit Actions and selecting Remove Web User
from the dropdown. This option will display a dialog asking you to confirm the user that you would like to remove by typing its email address into a textbox and clicking Confirm. Any web user on the unit can be removed using this process.
