From Programs > Placeholder Registrations on the Main Menu, drill down to the correct Branch > Program > Division.
Select the RID for the participant you need to remove.
Once on that page, in the top right hand corner, you will see the options available to change the Status of that Placeholder Registration.
Status Options:
Mark Closed
Mark Declined
Mark Approved
Mark Registered
Mark Emailed
Mark Cancelled
