How do I add merch to my Spotify artist profile?
Artists on Spotify can now sell merch to fans via the platform. This can be a limited edition vinyl, a classic band t-shirt or a patch to put on your jacket - more or less whatever you want related to your artist or band.
Showcase your merchandise directly on your artist profile to make it easily accessible for fans to browse and purchase.
There are two methods to feature merchandise on your Spotify artist profile:
Shopify
You need to connect your Shopify store to an artist before you can list merch on Spotify. You can only link 1 Shopify store per artist.
Get help in connecting your Shopify store to your Spotify for Artists here.
Merchbar
If your team or merchandising company is partnered with Merchbar, request that they list your merchandise for availability.
Your artist profile can display up to three products from Merchbar, which is automatically done by Spotify. If you offer more than three products, the top three will be selected based on fan interactions, purchases, and availability, and showcased on your profile.
Merch Guidelines
Listing merchandise on Spotify is a fantastic way for artists to showcase their products and enhance fan experiences directly on the platform. We are dedicated to helping artists build sustainable careers and encourage the responsible use of this feature, in alignment with the Spotify for Artists Terms and Conditions.
Please note, any violations of these terms may lead to ineligibility for merch listing on Spotify. Currently, merchandise visibility extends to all markets where Spotify operates, with the exception of Egypt, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey.
