Your earnings report will provide you with a detailed monthly breakdown of sales for music connected to your account in a spreadsheet file.
After downloading, the Earnings Report file can be shared with other people in any way that you choose. This is good if you want to share sales with band members or other collaborators who you want to keep up to date but who do not need direct access to your account.
How to download an earnings report
You can download an earnings report from transaction history in Balance. Once logged in, click Royalties in the sidebar menu to the left, and select Balance. If you're on your mobile or smaller screen you'll find Royalties under the menu (≡) in the top left corner.
On the Balance page, scroll down to transaction history and find the royalty earnings for the relevant month.
Click on the arrow to the right to open transaction details. Then click download earnings report to get the report.
