Shopping online can be a great experience for customers, especially when the customer's cart items are saved and ready for the customer to resume their shop at their convenience.
Before you get started
Here are some key details to know about the persistent cart feature:
Persistent Cart works when a customer has logged in and started shopping on one device, such as their mobile, then logs off and logs back into your store on another device later, they'll find their chosen items waiting for them in their cart.
Setup Persistent Cart
1. From your RecoverMyCart app admin, select the Persistent Cart button from the navigation menu.
2. Find the ON/OFF toggle at the top of the page and turn the bar from OFF to ON.
Persistent Cart has now been turned on and will work automatically.
💡Quick Tip: Once you've turned it on, test it out by logging in to your store as a customer, adding items to your cart, logging off the device, and logging into your account from another device.
