2. Quick Route Builder is Now MORE Powerful
Redlist’s Quick Route Builder reduces the time it takes to set up maintenance routes from hours to minutes. The Route Builder takes criteria based on the assets and groups that you have in the Redlist system and builds routes that pull in all applicable tasks. These routes then update automatically as you expand and optimize your maintenance program. Some of the criteria you can use to pull in tasks include:
· Asset Groups and Asset Sections
· Shutdown Tasks
· Component Types (i.e. Electric Motor, Pump, Bearing, etc.)
· Task Types (i.e. Grease, Clean, Inspect, etc.)
· Frequency, Maintenance Method, Product Type, Product, and More
3. Better Management of your Dynamic Routes
Redlist’s Dynamic Routes allow you to reduce the number of routes you create and assign to technicians by pulling in tasks as they become due, are available to be worked on, or enter their compliance window. Tasks are pulled in based on the criteria set in the Quick Route Builder and are shown based on their frequency and a configurable (per frequency) number of days ahead of their due date. Enhancements to Dynamic Routes include:
· A clear view of tasks and routes by asset
· The ability to duplicate and then adjust a Dynamic Route
· The Ability to manually add tasks to a Dynamic Route that do not match its criteria
4. Get Clearer Communication Through Redlist
There are now more options for receiving Redlist Notifications generated through our Forms tool and for task creation or resolution. You can now opt to send notifications through:
· Text
· Push Notifications
Any combination of these three options may be selected. Additionally, all notifications sent through the Redlist App will be available in the notification center for each user.
5. New Favoriting Capabilities
You can now mark your favorite component, task, and asset templates on the web and in mobile and have those favorites carry over between platforms. This allows you to have a resorted view of the templates with the items you use most prioritized at the top of the list.
General performance and security enhancements as well as bug fixes.
Mobile Applications (iOS / Android)
ALERT: Supported OS version for Apple devices is being updated to iOS 16. Apple users will begin to see performance and function degradation if they do not update their device. Redlist will officially sunset earlier versions in September of 2024.
1. Lube Management Customers: Try Out the New Mobile Navigation Experience!
Users who manage their maintenance work through routes now have the option to switch to a simplified view of the Redlist App. This view removes categories from the app that don’t apply to lubrication management and provides a streamlined experience for creating, managing, and completing route-based care. Individuals can now opt-in to this view at the top of the tools page.
2. Easier Navigation Through Forms
For users that fill out long forms in cold, wet, or dirty conditions, swiping and selecting fields on a device can become difficult. We have added the mobile functionality to be able to navigate between fields using the arrows at the top of the keyboard on iOS and Android devices. This will allow you to navigate to the next available form field with a single tap and immediately enter the required data.
General performance and security enhancements as well as bug fixes.
