  1. Output refers to the communication update you receive about the progress of your request. Within 1 business day, you will receive the first update, which could be the initial draft of your design or writing task or any updates or revisions you have requested.

  2. Turnaround time is the estimated time required to deliver the initial draft of your task. For example, a logo design request can typically be completed within 2 business days.

  3. Draft is the initial concept, style, or piece of writing delivered by a designer or writer for your review, feedback, and approval. It's the preliminary step before the delivery of the final files.

  4. Delivery time is the estimated time from the moment you approve a draft to the receipt of the final files, as per your specifications. The delivery time only starts once you've approved a draft.
