If you approve a draft, the designer will follow the same style to complete the task, with only minor adjustments if requested. Once we receive your approval, we will proceed with the task. Changes are not allowed after approval. If you change your mind about the design after giving us your approval, you will need to create a new task.
If you mark a task as completed, it means that you agree with the draft initially provided and the final delivery. Completed tasks cannot be reopened, so if you require any changes, you will need to create a new task.
Please note that refunds are no longer possible once you mark a task as completed on your account. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with the output provided, please request revisions instead of marking the request as completed.
