1. No-Refund Policy

Reel Unlimited operates a strict no-refund policy for all design subscription services globally. All sales are final. Once payment is processed for any plan (Starter, Standard, Pro, or Agency White-Label), it cannot be refunded under any circumstances across all regions where we operate.

Operating Regions: This policy applies to customers in the United States, Ireland, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Mexico, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Poland, France, Italy, Portugal, Brazil, Hong Kong, Singapore, New Zealand, South Africa, India, and Nigeria. For non-listed regions, these global terms apply universally.

2. Renewal and Subscription Management Policy

No Renewal Refunds: We do not refund renewal subscription payments for any reason, whether you are a new client or existing client. It is the user's sole responsibility to track their subscription and ensure they cancel the service before the next renewal period.

User Responsibility: If you forget to cancel your subscription and our system processes the renewal payment, we will not under any conditions or circumstances issue any refund. Our cancellation process is straightforward and easily accessible through your dashboard.

Accidental Renewal Resolution: In case of accidental renewal, clients can cancel their subscription through their dashboard, but their access to the service will remain active until the end of their paid billing cycle, whether the service is used or not. No refunds will be issued for accidental renewals - cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund the current billing period.

Policy Protection: This policy safeguards our business against abuse and client negligence. Renewal dates are clearly communicated, and you have full control over your subscription management at all times.

3. Informed Purchase Acknowledgment

By making a payment for Reel Unlimited services in any region or by continuing to use Reel Unlimited services, you acknowledge, agree to, and support our no-refund policy. You explicitly acknowledge that you have:

  • Reviewed our service scope and concurrent project limits

  • Understood the difference between regular and white-label agency plans

  • Accepted that all sales are final with no refunds available for new purchases or renewals

  • Made an informed purchasing decision

Acceptance Documentation: Our system automatically records your acceptance of these terms upon signup and continued service usage, including your name and the exact time and date of acceptance. This documented acceptance serves as principal evidence in any payment dispute and may be presented to financial institutions or legal authorities as proof of your informed consent to this policy.

Ongoing Agreement: Each continued use of our services, including but not limited to submitting projects, accessing your dashboard, or allowing subscription renewals, constitutes renewed acceptance of this no-refund policy, regardless of whether you are a new or existing client.

4. Service Access and Billing

Your access to Reel Unlimited services remains active until the end of your paid billing period:

  • Regular Plans: Billed monthly in local currency, access continues until billing cycle ends

  • Agency White-Label Plans: Billed quarterly in local currency, access continues until quarterly cycle ends

If you cancel your subscription, you maintain full access until the end of your current billing period, ensuring you receive the complete service period you've paid for.

5. Work Ownership Rights

All design work created during your active subscription period remains your property according to our terms of service. Upon cancellation or subscription end, you retain full ownership rights to all completed and delivered work from your paid subscription period. Our no-refund policy does not affect these ownership rights – you keep everything we've delivered during your subscription.

6. Account Termination Rights

Reel Unlimited reserves the right to terminate service to accounts exhibiting:

  • Payment disputes or unauthorized chargebacks

  • Violation of our terms of service

  • Harassment of our global team members

  • Misuse of our platform, ProRequests, or Cloudbrand services

We maintain a professional environment for our clients and team across all our global operations.

7. Payment Terms

  • Regular Plans: Require 1-month upfront payment in local currency, then monthly billing

  • Agency Plans: Require 3-months upfront payment in local currency, then quarterly billing

All payments are processed in local currency where available (EUR, USD, AUD, CAD, etc.) and are final and non-refundable. This payment structure allows us to properly allocate our global team resources to your projects.

8. Chargeback Policy

By subscribing to Reel Unlimited in any region, you expressly agree that chargebacks are never acceptable recourse given our no-refund policy. This agreement may be presented to financial institutions in payment disputes.

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in:

  • Permanent account ban from all Reel Unlimited services globally

  • Potential debt collection action across applicable jurisdictions

  • Legal action to recover costs and damages

We maintain this policy to protect our business operations internationally.

9. Non-Usage Policy and Service Utilization Policy

Reel Unlimited is not responsible for and cannot refund subscriptions due to non-usage of services. If you do not use the service during your active subscription period, you are free to cancel your subscription to prevent future charges.

Important Non-Usage Terms:

  • No refunds will be issued if you don't use the service but keep your subscription active without cancelling

  • Subscription fees are charged regardless of service utilization levels

  • It is your responsibility to cancel if you no longer need the service

  • Non-usage does not constitute grounds for refund under any circumstances

  • This applies to all subscription types across all regions

Service Access: Whether you submit 0 projects or reach your concurrent project limits, the subscription fee remains the same. Our pricing model is based on service availability and team allocation, not usage volume. This policy ensures fair pricing for all subscribers and protects against abuse of our no-refund policy through claims of non-utilization.

10. Legal Compliance

This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws in all regions where we operate. Where local law requires exceptions, we will comply accordingly. Duplicate charges due to technical errors will be corrected promptly.
