🆕 Your Dashboard just received an update! You can now view your lead pipeline, task and appointment stats, offer count, property lists breakdown, and more!

Filtering your Dashboard by Timeframe

Towards the top of your Dashboard you will see your record stats. Dashboard information can be filtered by date. By default it is set to filter by the current month. To change the timeframe, click Current month and select a timeframe or date from the Calendar.

Viewing your Stats

Below the date filter, you'll see the following based on the time frame selected:

  • Total Records

  • New Records

  • Total Owners

  • Owners with Multiple Properties

  • Newly Vacant

  • Offers Made

Lists

The lists section will show a breakdown of records added per list during the time frame selected. When lists are organized based on the distressor or qualifying data. Use this information to determine the main data types or distressors associated with your records.

Lead to Deal Funnel

The Lead to Deal Funnel shows a breakdown of records that are moving through your lead pipeline. Global statuses are used to determine these stats. Our default statuses will automatically be flagged with the correct global status. To flag custom statuses, go the the Settings page and select the Global Status tab.

The Lead to Deal funnel shows how leads progress from first contact to closed deals. You'll also be able to see any dropoffs at each stage to help identify bottlenecks in the sales process.

Skip Tracing Status

This section shows how many records were successfully skip traced, versus the records with no numbers.

  • Skipped - total number of records and percentage of records that were skip traced and had phone number results.

  • Skipped Without Numbers - the amount of records that were skip traced but have no phone numbers.

  • Not Skipped - the amount of records that have never been skiptraced.

Clean / Incomplete

The Clean / Incomplete section shows the total and percentage of records that are clean versus incomplete. See more on Clean vs. Incomplete Records here.

Tasks and Appointments

The tasks and appointments section shows stats for:

  • Task Status - breakdown of task by status (To do, Completed, Overdue).

  • Tasks by user - allows you to view team performance

  • Appointment outcome - the result of booked appointments (attended, no-show, canceled, rescheduled).

  • Appointments by user - see team performance based on appointments here.

Call Duration

The Call Duration section will show the total number of dials per user, and the call duration. This feature works with our smrtPhone and Kixie integrations.
