What is Global Status Flagging?

Global Statuses allow us to standardize property statuses while still giving you the flexibility to create custom statuses based on your business. By flagging the statuses in the categories below, it enables us to track leads as they move through your pipeline and prepare an analytics dashboard for you.

How to Flag Statuses

Select Settings on the left sidebar of your account, then the Global Status tab.

Select the property statuses you use for each category. Any default statuses that are active on your statuses page will automatically be flagged. Custom statuses can be selected in the fields below each Global Status.

Why Global Status Flagging Matters

When your statuses are defined, it allows us to display a breakdown of your Lead to Deal Funnel on your Dashboard. You're able to see how the leads progress through your pipeline from first contact to closed deals. This insight helps you identify any drop-offs and bottlenecks in your sales process.
