The Records page now lets you choose which columns are displayed and save those layouts as custom views. You can build a view for each role on your team, such as lead management, acquisitions, transactions, or deep prospecting, so everyone sees the information they use most.
This article covers how to:
Choose which columns appear on the Records page
Save a custom view
Load saved views and organize them into folders
Control who can access the folders with saved views
Move or delete a saved view
Filter and sort columns
Customize the columns on the Records page
Go to the Records page.
Click the gear icon on the right side of your screen to open Table View Settings.
Check the box next to each column you want to display.
Click Apply.
By default, the Records page shows these columns:
Owner
Mailing Address
Property Address
Phone Count
Status / Skip Trace Date
System Lists
Custom Lists
You can add more columns from these categories:
AI Scoring (available with our AI Plan for the counties you're subscribed to)
Tasks
Statuses
Owner Information
Property Details
Property Characteristics
Location
Outreach (your marketing attempts on each record)
Custom Fields (includes any custom fields you created in your account)
If you add more columns than fit on your screen, a scroll bar appears so you can scroll sideways to see the rest. The Property Address column stays pinned in place while you scroll, so it's easy to keep track of which property you're looking at.
Save a custom view
Once your columns are set up, click the gear icon and select Save.
Enter a name for your view (for example, "My Personal View" or "Lead Management").
Optionally, choose a folder to save it in.
Click Save and confirm.
Load a saved view
Click the gear icon and select Load.
Select the view you want to use from the list.
Create a folder and control access
Folders help you organize your views and control who on your team can use them.
Click the gear icon and select Load.
Select the option to create a new folder.
Enter a name for the folder.
Choose who can access the views in this folder. You can grant access to specific users or to specific roles.
Click Create Folder.
Move a view to a different folder
Click the gear icon and select Load to open the Load Table View section.
Click the three dots next to the view you want to move.
Select Move to Folder.
Choose the destination folder from the dropdown.
Click Move Layout.
Delete a view
Important: Deleting a view removes it for everyone on your team, not just you. Deleted views can't be recovered by our team. If you delete a view by mistake, you'll need to recreate it by selecting the columns again and saving.
Click the gear icon and select Load.
Click the three dots next to the view you want to delete.
Select Delete View.
Type or paste the confirmation text shown.
Click Yes to delete the view.
Filter and sort columns
Every column on the Records page can now be filtered and sorted.
To filter a column:
Click the funnel icon to the right of the column name.
Enter or select the information you want to filter by. For example, on Property Address you can filter for streets that include a keyword like "Main" and choose from the dropdown of matching results.
You can filter by text columns such as Mailing Address as well as number columns such as Phone Count.
To sort a column:
Click the arrows next to the column name.
Click again to switch between ascending and descending order. For example, you can sort the Owner column alphabetically.
Change amount of records shown per page
You can now update the amount of records shown per page on the Records page.
Toward the bottom left, choose from 10(default), 25, or 50 records per page.
