The filter options are searchable. To search for a filter, type in the name of a filter in the Search for filter blocks section.

You can select to filter by one option, or click Add new filter block to add additional options.

Once you've selected all options you want to filter by, click Apply Filters to see the results.

We show the options you are filtering by towards the top left of the Records page.

Filtering by List and/or Tag

When filtering by List or Tag, these filters operate as an AND filter, meaning it will return results for any records on both List A AND B and not records on List A OR B.

For example, when filtering by these two lists, we will show results for properties on both the Bankruptcy AND High Equity list, and not records on only one of these lists.

Filtering to Include or Do not include

For many of our filter options, you can choose include or exclude specific options.

Options that are being included will appear in a blue pill.

To exclude a filter option, select Do not include from the drop down menu, and enter in each option you want to exclude. These options will appear in a red pill.

Being able to exclude options is especially helpful when filtering for records you have not reached yet. As long as you are maintaining and updating your records, excluding all options in the Property Status filter should show you any records you haven't reached yet, because if you speak with the owner the property would have a status.

You can combine this filter with the Params & Others filter block and select Numbers Yes to see which records you can start marketing to through cold calling or SMS campaign.

Filter Presets

Filter Presets allows you to save certain filter combinations. To view filter presets, click Load towards the top of the filter block, View Presets, or Filter Presets at the bottom of the Filter Records section.

All accounts come pre-loaded with REISift Base Presets. These presets can be used alone, or as a base to help you start building your marketing campaigns.

The REISift Base Presets are:

  • Stacked - Records on more than one list

  • Vacant - Vacant properties

  • Ouchies - Pain points, for example Code Violations, Tax Delinquent, etc.

  • Equity - Equity lists, example: High Equity, Free & Clear

Custom Filter Presets

You have the option to create your own custom filter presets using any combination of filter options. The amount of custom presets you can create varies per plan:

  • Essentials - up to 3 custom filter presets

  • Professional - up to 8 custom filter presets

  • Business - Unlimited

Build your own by selecting the filter options, then clicking Save New at the top right.

Then enter a name for your preset, select a folder, and Save Preset.

Filter Preset Folders

Folders can be created to organize your custom filter presets. To create a folder, click Create new folder.

When creating a new folder, you have control over who can access the folder and all filters in the folder. To give access to all users in your account, select Everybody.

To allow access only for certain users, select Users and choose which users you want to have access.

To allow access by role, choose Role and select the roles you want to allow access for. Any user assigned to the role you are selecting will be able to access.
