The lists filter allows you to include or exclude certain lists. It operates as an and filter, meaning when you add multiple lists, it will return results for records located on both of the lists your filtering by.

Accessing the List Filter

All filters can be accessed from the Records page. Click Records from the left side bar of your account, then Filter Records located towards the top right of the page.

Next, select Add new filter block, then select the Lists filter.

Filtering to Include List(s)

When filtering by list, you can filter by single list, or filter to include multiple lists.

To filter by a single list, select Include, then select the list you want to filter by from the drop down menu or type in the name to search.

Once you've selected the list you want to filter by, click Apply Filters to see the results.

This filter would return results for any records located on the Preforeclosure list. The records may also be associated with other lists in your account, but they will all be located on the list you are filtering by.

When filtering by multiple lists, we'll show results for records located on all lists you are filtering by. For example, this filter option will return results for records located on both Preforeclosure and High Equity lists, and not records located on Preforeclosure or High Equity.

Filtering to Exclude List(s)

You can filter to exclude certain lists by selecting Do not include.

Want to see records on List A or List B? Try excluding all other lists in your account.
In this example, the filter options would show results for records located on the Preforeclosure or High Equity lists, because all other lists in the account are being excluded.

Note: if you have properties not associated with any list, they will also appear in the results here because we are filtering to exclude all other lists. Quick fix is to filter to exclude all lists in your account, and add any records to an Unknown list.

Using the Lists Filter with the List Stacking Filter

Want to see records only on the list or lists you're filtering by? Add the List Stacking filter block.

In this example, the filter options would return results for records only located on the Preforeclosure list because we are including the Preforeclosure list and records located on a minimum and maximum of 1 list.
