Understanding and Using the Lists Filter

Our Lists filter allows you to include or exclude certain lists, and see results for records with ALL lists selected, or ANY lists selected.

List Filters include:

  1. All Lists

  2. Any Lists

All Lists will show results for records for records on each list selected, meaning the same property address would need to be on all lists in order to appear in the results. For example, selecting List A and List B will only show results for records on both List A and B.

Any Lists will show results for records on either list you select. For example, selecting List A and List B will show results for records on List A, OR List B, OR both Lists A & B.

The Lists filters can be combined with any of our other filter options to help you create more efficient marketing campaigns.

Accessing the List Filter

To begin filtering, navigate to the Records page from the left side bar of your account. This is where all the records uploaded to your account can be accessed. Next, select Filter Records towards the top right of the page.

Filtering by All Lists

To Filter for ALL lists, select Add new filter block, and All Lists.

Next, select the list(s) you want to filter by. Then Apply Filters to see the results.
You'll see results for records located on all lists selected.

If there are lists you want to exclude, select Do not include. This will return results for records that are NOT on the list you selected.

Filtering by Any List

To Filter for ANY lists, select Add new filter block, and Any Lists.

Next, select the list(s) you want to filter by. Then Apply Filters to see the results.
You'll see results for records located on at least one of the lists you have selected.

Using the Lists Filter with the List Stacking Filter

The List Stacking Filter allows you to filter for the amount of lists a record is located on. This filter can be combined with the Any or All Lists filter to show results for records on the lists you are selecting plus any stacked records. This helps if you would like to create a stacked campaign but want to target specific lists within the campaign.
