Our Tags filters allow you to include or exclude certain tags, and see results for records with ALL tags selected, or ANY tags selected.

Tags Filters include:

  1. All Tags

  2. Any Tags

All Tags will show results for records for records that have each tag selected, meaning the same property address would need to have all tags in order to appear in the results. For example, selecting Tag A and Tag B will only show results for records that have both Tag A and B.

Any Tags will show results for records with either tag you select. For example, selecting Tag A and List B will show results for records with Tag A, OR Tag B, OR both Tags A & B.

The Tags filters can be combined with any of our other filter options to help you create more efficient marketing campaigns.

Accessing the Tags Filter

To begin filtering, navigate to the Records page from the left side bar of your account. This is where all the records uploaded to your account can be accessed. Next, select Filter Records towards the top right of the page.

Filtering by All Tags

To Filter for ALL tags, select Add new filter block, and All Tags.

Next, select the tag(s) you want to filter by. Then Apply Filters to see the results.
You'll see results for records with all tags selected.

Tags can also be excluded. To exclude records with a certain tag, select Do not include. This will return results for records that do NOT have the tags selected. Tags in blue will be included, tags in red will be excluded.

Filtering by Any Tag

To Filter for ANY tags, select Add new filter block, and Any Tags.

Next, select the tag(s) you want to filter by. Then Apply Filters to see the results.
You'll see results for records with at least one of the tags you have selected.

The tags filters can be combined with any of our other filters by selecting Add new filter block.
