Once you've selected the desired field, you can further refine your filtering by selecting:
Last updated date (from and to): Set a specific date range for your search.
Fixed date will filter for those specific dates. If a preset is saved and accessed again later, it will only filter by these specific dates.
Since will filter by the date selected up until today's date.
Prior to allows you to select a dynamic range, for example you can select to filter for any records that became Not Interested during the last month, quarter, etc. so if you save the preset, you don't have to reset the date each time.
Source: Identify the origin of updates, such as through an integration, Bulk Action, Manual (updated within the record or owner record), Sequences, or on Upload.
User/Role: Filter by the user or role who initiated the updates. Selecting "me" will filter for actions completed by yourself. If you save the preset it will filter by any actions completed by the person using the filter preset.
When adding multiple Last Updated Field options, the filter becomes an AND filter. Meaning that all options selected must be true in order to see results.
If you want to see specific status updates during a certain time period, select the Status option for Last Updated field, then add the property status filter block and select which property statuses you want to include. This can be used to filter for records that were previously not interested, and create a rehash campaign.
Owner Filters: Last Updated Field
The owner last updated field can be accessed from the Property or Owner Records page and relates to the owner mailing address, contact information, and owner marketing attempts.
