The REISift + Readymode integration allows you to send records from your REISift account to Readymode (Professional and Business Plans). With our Business Plan, you can also receive information back, updating the records in REISift in real time as you call through them.
Outbound Integration
To set up the integration for sending records to Readymode, log in to both your REISift account and Readymode.
Next, navigate to the Settings -> Integrations section of your REISift account then select Readymode.
Data Out API Key
The Data Out API key is the first part of the url or web address when you log in to your readymode account. Copy the text located between https:// and .readymode.
Next, paste the API Key under the Settings -> Integrations -> Readymode -> Data Out section of your REISift account and click validate key. Once the key is validated, you're all set to begin sending records.
Sending Records
When sending records to Readymode, we send to a Channel ID.
Creating a Channel in ReadyMode
In your Readymode account, select Leads.
Go to channels and click the plus sign to create a new channel.
Note: If you do not see the channel section in your Readymode account, please reach out to Readymode Support so they can add permissions for you to access channels.
Name the channel and check the tick box for "Enable third party lead posting (TPI)" - this allows us to send records to the channel you create. The last part in the URL is the channel ID.
Filtering & Selecting Records to Send
In your REISift account, Filter and select the records you want to send from the Records page.
Here you can use any combination of filters to create your marketing campaigns. Example shown below:
Once filters are applied, select the records and click Send to -> Integrations.
Select ReadyMode.
Phone Type, Status, and Tags Selection
Your selections here determine which phone numbers will be sent to the integration.
For a new campaign, consider sending only phone numbers with no status, as long as your records are being updated appropriately, the No Status phone numbers should be anyone you have not reached yet.
If this is a follow up campaign to follow up with Not Interested's, consider selecting only the Correct phone status.
Optionally, you can select certain phone tags to include or exclude when sending.
Note: By default we do not send the phone tags to Readymode. If you would like the phone tags from REISift to be sent through the integration and appear in your Readymode account, please reach out through our support chat by clicking talk to us.
Integration Destination
Copy the channel ID from Readymode. The channel ID is the last part of the url after the "lead-api/" that was created under the Channels section of Readymode.
Paste the channel ID under the integration destination.
Adding Tags
In the next step, you'll see auto tags for when and where the records are being sent.
Additionally, you can insert custom tags for specific tracking purposes, such as campaign names or call attempts.
Review and Send Contacts
Review the information to ensure accuracy.
If everything looks correct, click the "Send Contacts" button.
Track Progress
You can now track the progress of the transfer under the Activity -> Predictive Dialer section of your account.
Handling Multiple Phone Numbers
The amount of phone numbers sent may not always match the number of records you selected because many records will have multiple phone numbers.
When we send records to Readymode, we send one contact per phone number, for example if the owner has 3 phone numbers, they will be sent as 3 contacts. This allows you to call and disposition each phone number.
When you reach a correct number, the dialer will still dial through the rest of the numbers. This allows you to gather all correct numbers possible for the records. Having multiple correct numbers helps when following up with anyone who is not interested, or if a lead becomes unresponsive later on.
Calling through each number also helps if you reach someone associated with the property but does not necessarily have the authority to sell.
Check Your ReadyMode Account
Lastly, in your ReadyMode account, you can verify the leads from the new channel created as a result of this integration.

Inbound Integration
With the Business plan, you have access to inbound integration. When you select a disposition in Readymode, the property and/or phone status will automatically be updated in REISift. For example, when selecting the "New Lead" disposition, the property status will be updated to New Lead and the phone status will be updated to Correct.
Readymode will set up the inbound integration for you. Reach out to Readymode integrations team directly at integrations@readymode.com for an open ticket. Readymode Support hours are 6AM PST - 9PM PST.
When emailing Readymode, they will need the following information:
1) Readymode URL example: "yourcompany.ReadyMode.com"
3) System you want to integrate with (REISift) and your REISIft API key.
Your REISift API key is located in the Settings -> Integrations -> Readymode section of your account. Readymode will need the API key listed under DATA IN to set up your integrations.

Customizing Inbound Integration
The Readymode Inbound Integration is customizable. If you’d like to update to a custom property status, send Readymode the name of the disposition you want to create and the property and/or phone status you want it to update.
