A Daily Log is an end-of-day summary of what happened on a job. Pick the day's photos, and RelayCam's AI writes the overview and to-do list for you. Edit anything you like, then share it or download a PDF. Daily Logs work the same way in the mobile app.
Create a Daily Log
Open the project, click Create, and choose Daily Log under "Generate with AI."
Select up to 50 photos. Use the Team, Photo Tags, and Date filters to find the day's photos quickly.
RelayCam writes the log from your selection.
What's in a Daily Log
Project details: name, address, date, and who contributed photos
Overview: a summary of the day's work
Remaining To-Dos: what still needs to happen
Notes: anything else you want to add
Everything is editable. Click the refresh icon next to Overview or Remaining To-Dos to regenerate that section. You can also change the summary date, or click Add Photos to include more.
Share it
Click Copy link to share the log, or Download PDF to email or print it.
Get better results
The AI writes from your photos' descriptions, comments, and tags. A quick note on each photo, like "Framing done on east wall," makes a big difference. AI Walk & Talk is an easy way to capture notes as you go.
If the photos you pick don't have any notes, RelayCam will let you know it couldn't find enough detail. Add notes and click Retry, or write the overview yourself.
