A Project Update is a progress summary you can send to a homeowner, general contractor, or anyone who wants to know how the job is going. Pick photos from any point in the project, and RelayCam's AI writes the summary for you. Project Updates work the same way in the mobile app.
Create a Project Update
Open the project, click Create, and choose Project Update under "Generate with AI."
Select up to 50 photos. They can come from any dates, so you can show progress over days or weeks.
RelayCam writes a title and an overview of the progress in those photos.
Edit and share
Edit the overview however you like, click Regenerate for a fresh draft, or click Edit selection to add or remove photos. When it's ready:
Click Copy share link to send it by text or email.
Click Download PDF to attach or print it.
Daily Log or Project Update?
Use a Daily Log to record one day's work, with a to-do list, mostly for your own team. Use a Project Update to show progress over any stretch of time, usually for customers.
Get better results
The AI writes from your photos' descriptions, comments, and tags. The more context your team adds to photos, the better the update reads.
