The new Acknowledgements service lets you thank donors, including donors who did not include enough details to appear in your donor management system.
Enable Acknowledgements
In the left menu, select Acknowledgements.
Click Activate to enable the feature.
When the success message appears, click the Dashboard link to return to your charity account.
Send a Thank You
From the left menu, open Acknowledgements again.
You’ll see a table of grants with an Acknowledge button in the Action column.
To send a thank you, click Acknowledge.
The available thank you options (Postcard or Ren Recognize, which is an email) depend on the donor details.
