Liveby MLS Connections
Liveby powers the data behind the Market Update feature. It aggregates real estate data through direct integrations with Multiple Listing Services (MLSs), enabling automated, location-based market insights.
As of Feb 25, 2026, Liveby is connected to 300+ MLSs across the United States and select international markets. This connectivity allows Market Update content to reflect regional housing activity without requiring manual MLS linking.
How Liveby MLS Data Works
Market Update templates pull data directly from Liveby, not from individual MLS boards
MLS coverage and availability are determined by Liveby’s integration network
Data is standardized and distributed automatically within supported regions
This means agents cannot manually attach or override a specific MLS inside the platform.
Requesting an MLS Connection
If your MLS is not currently supported, you may submit a request using Liveby’s MLS request form:
