Adding a Leasing Team Member

Assemble your leasing team under your agency banner

Renowned supports both sales and rental team management, helping agencies maintain a cohesive and organised presence on the platform.

Please note that individual profiles are currently available for Sales Agents only. Leasing and property management team members can be added to your agency's Rentals Team but will not receive their own individual profile.

Step 1:

  1. Log in to your agency dashboard.

  2. Select the Team & Admins tab.

  3. Click Rental Team Members.

  4. Select + Add Team Member.

Ensure that you are logged into the correct agency dashboard to avoid any mismatches and take advantage of team management functionalities offered on the platform.

Tip: Ensure you are logged into the correct agency dashboard before adding team members to avoid assigning them to the wrong office.

Step 2:

  1. Enter the team member's details, including:

    • Full name

    • Role/Position

    • Contact information

  2. Select Save Changes.

Important Information About Rental Team management:

  • Rental team members will appear on the Agency Profile.

  • Rental team members do not receive an individual profile.

  • All rental listings are managed through the Office Profile.

  • All rental review requests must be sent from the Office Profile.

  • All rental reviews will display on the Agency Profile, not under an individual team member's name.

Managing Rental Listings

If a rental team member needs to manage rental listings, an office administrator must grant them admin access to the office profile.
