Adding your leasing properties

There are several ways to get your leasing data on your agency profile

Ensure your leasing data is accurate by adding your listings manually or connecting a data feed.

Accurate listings data ensures potential customers can trust the information on your profile, increases engagement, and prevents missed opportunities caused by outdated or incorrect data. Synchronizing your listings through methods like data feeds or manual entry preserves this accuracy and keeps your profile up-to-date and professional.

Common issues such as data feed configuration problems, CRM integration mismatches, or unsupported listing types can disrupt the accuracy of your listings. Addressing these issues promptly ensures your profile remains trustworthy and professional.

Setting up a data feed

Alternatively, a data feed allows your data to come through in a timely manner and completely up to date with very little maintenance required.

If you encounter issues, verify that your CRM is properly configured to send data to the platform and that the data feed connection is active. Ensure all required fields are completed in your CRM to avoid disruptions.

To check if your data feed is active, follow the guide below.

If no active feeds are displayed, ensure your CRM settings are correctly configured and that the data feed option is enabled. Consult your CRM provider if the issue persists.

Step 1: From your Agency dashboard, head to Settings, then Data Feed.

Step 2: Any active feeds will be displayed here. If none are displayed, click Connect a Data Feed to connect one.

Adding listings manually

For example, properties with missing addresses or those categorized as unsupported listing types may require manual addition. Always ensure all required details are included to avoid rejection.

Properties that were off market, can be added manually via the Listings tab in the agency profile. For a full rundown, click here.
