Addressing Pending Reviews

Replying to Google Reviews
After connecting your Google Business Profile with Renowned, (if you have not done so please click here to learn more) click 'Google Reviews' on the left-hand side of your Dashboard then 'My Google Reviews' on the top options. From this screen, you can see which reviews you have and have not replied to. Clicking the Reply button will allow you to reply to a Google review directly from your Renowned profile.
