If you can't scroll down to reach the Continue button, the page may not be rendering at the right height for your screen. Switching to Desktop Mode usually fixes this.
On iPhone or iPad (Safari)
Tap the AA icon to the left of the URL bar
Choose Request Desktop Site
Scroll the page — the Continue button should now be reachable
On Android (Chrome)
Tap the menu button (three dots in the top right corner)
Check the Desktop site box
Reload the page if needed
On a computer
If you're already on a computer and still can't scroll, try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Make sure you're on a recent version.
