If you've applied to more than one property through Rent Butter, or you have multiple invitations on the same email or phone, you'll see a screen titled "Welcome back!" when you sign in.
What you'll see
The screen lists all the applications tied to your phone number or email. For each one, you'll see:
The property address (or Address Pending if it isn't set yet)
The current status — Initiated, In Progress, Application Complete, Screening In Progress, Screening Complete, Canceled, Approved, or Declined
Last Activity date
How to pick
Tap the application you want to open. If you're trying to continue an in-progress application, pick the one showing In Progress for the property you're currently working on.
What if the right application isn't in the list?
If you don't see the application you expected, contact the property manager who invited you. They can confirm the invitation was sent to the correct email or phone number.
