The property and unit are already filled in for me — what should I do?

What to do when the property address and unit are pre-filled and locked on the application.

Some property managers pre-fill the property address and unit number for you. You'll see them already populated when you reach the "About the Property" section. Here's what to do.

If they're correct, just continue

If the address and unit match the property you're applying to, no action needed — pick your move-in date and continue.

If the property or unit shown is wrong

Don't try to change the locked fields — instead, contact the property manager or leasing agent who invited you. They can update your application with the correct property or unit on their end.
