Navigate to Rentals → Rentals and locate the appropriate appointment.💳 Choose the appropriate deposit option
Depending on your deposit settings, you'll see one of the following:A. 🔒 Deposit Hold
If the customer has a deposit hold, you can Capture Deposit if you need to charge against it or Release Hold when the deposit is no longer needed.B. 💵 Deposit Charge
If the customer paid an actual deposit, you can Refund Deposit when you're ready to return the funds.
💡 Pro Tip
When you Capture Deposit, you can choose the specific amount you want to charge. When you Refund Deposit, you can also choose the specific amount you want to refund.
